• This job is a member of the Technical Operations Maintenance Planning organization and is responsible for leading the Line Maintenance Planning teams.
• This role has significant operational and financial impact by ensuring aircraft maintenance is properly forecasted, planned, routed, and executed to maintain regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and fleet availability.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, Aviation, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience
• 5 years of experience in airline maintenance planning, operations, or related technical operations field.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership/management role
  

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• 5 years experience with Airline Operations (Maintenance Planning Preferred)

• Proven experience in strategic leadership and project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Experience in team development and mentorship.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Strong ability to lead and motivate others
• Ability to influence decision making using facts/data/trends and validate assumptions.
