- This job is a member of the Base Maintenance Planning Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
- Responsible for identifying and planning airframe maintenance/modification requirements in a manner that balances overall aircraft downtime, task yield, manpower, and total life-cycle cost.
What you'll do
- Develops methods to collect, analyze, and manage maintenance planning and production data and provides recommendations
- Identifies, analyzes, and recommends resolutions for issues related to development, scheduling, and execution of long-range maintenance plans
- Disseminates maintenance plan data to appropriate related departments and incorporates feedback that optimizes their requirements
- Develops cost models to compare different scenarios and options
- Produces manpower projections to determine the labor feasibility of various plans
- Produces volume forecasts and aircraft retirement schedules
- Updates and distributes metrics reports
- Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support senior management requirements
- Communicates to key stakeholders within the company, including giving presentations
- The position is based in DFW, some travel required

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Advanced Degree in related field
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Skills in organization and planning
- Ability to build working relationships with a wide range of peers; excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to concisely present work to Senior Management
- Knowledge of Excel and proficiency in other MS Office products
- Ability to pass all background checks
